Skin Discoloration Due to Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

The orthodox Holocaust narrative has it that, during WWII, millions of European Jews were gassed to death in a number of German "extermination camps" using either engine exhaust gas or bottled carbon monoxide gas. In both cases, death is said to have been the result of carbon monoxide poisoning. Witnesses to this alleged crime frequently claim that the victims looked bluish. Can that be true? What skin discoloration, if any, do victims of such asphyxiations exhibit? The papers in this series discuss this issue.
