Credit card payments for CODOH are being processed by CyberSource's Authorize.net, one of the payment card industry's largest and most prestigious credit card payment processing company in the world. To verify their credentials, go to VISA's global registry of payment card service providers at http://www.visa.com/splisting/searchGrsp.do, click on "Search Criteria," and enter "CyberSource" as the company name.

We at CODOH do neither gather, store, transmit nor process any credit card information. As a matter of fact, we never get to see any of it. Once you click on a payment or donation button on www.codoh.com, you're being redirected to the payment processing web page operated by Authorize.net. This ensures that your credit card information stays secure at all times, and that you are fully insured in case of any irregularity.

In addition, CODOH has been certified to be compliant with PCI security standards (see the certification seal to the right, as well as this certificate).

Refunds

If you think a card payment to CODOH was done without your consent, and you would like to partially or fully revert it, please do not hesitate to contact us using our contact form. If you did not receive any services or goods from us for your payment, a refund is usually possible without further ado. If you did receive any services or goods from us for your payment and you accepted some or all of those services or goods, a complete or even partial refund may not always be possible, depending on the circumstances.
