Holocaust + Final Solution

When Nazi Germany invaded Russia in summer of 1941, a “comprehensive” or “final solution” to the Jewish question was envisioned by Germany’s leaders. But what was this “final solution”? Was it a plan to deport the Jews into the “Russian swamps,” as Hitler had once stated, or was it a plan to systematically kill them all? The extant documents are quite clear about it, yet they contradict what a plethora of witnesses have stated. This question divides the two sides in this debate (notwithstanding one side insisting that there is no debate). The topic is huge in scope and scale – and it is the main focus of this website

Night #1 and Night #2 — What Changes were Made and Why, Part One

By Carolyn Yeager On Tuesday, January 17, 2006, Amazon.com announced that it was changing the categorization of a new translation of Elie Wiesel’s Night from novel to memoir. Amazon would also revise the editorial description of the original edition to make clear that they consider the book a memoir, not a novel. “We hope to make…

Delousing American Style

By Richard A. Widmann: The National Socialist government of Germany was neither the first nor the last to deal with health issues resulting from concentrating large populations in confined areas.  It is unfortunately typical that many who consider the accounts of witnesses of the Nazi concentration camp system view this time and the events which…

Aktion Reinhard(t)

by Wilfried Heink- By the term “Action Reinhard(t),” official historiography refers to the (alleged) mass murder of Jews in three German camps: Belzec, Sobibor and Treblinka. Some, ahem, historians include Chelmno, but I am using an article by Dieter Pohl, “Massentötung durch Giftgas im Rahmen der 'Aktion Reinhardt'. Aufgaben der Forschung” (Mass murder by poisonous…

The Truth about ‘Night’: Why it’s not Elie Wiesel’s Story

By Carolyn Yeager Why is Grandma Nisel not mentioned in Elie Wiesel’s Night? According to Hilda Wiesel’s 1995 “Survivors of the Shoah” testimony, Grandmother Nisel (also spelled Nissel) went with the family to Auschwitz. According to Elie Wiesel’s 1995 memoir, All Rivers Run to the Sea1, Grandmother Nisel went with the family to Auschwitz. But…

Arthur Butz and “Auschwitz: The Case for Sanity”: An insufficiently dispassionate review

By Carlo Mattogno- Smith’s Report no. 185 of October 2011 published an article by Arthur Butz entitled “Two Cutting-Edge Works of Holocaust Revisionism“ (pp. 3-7).[i] It was a review of Samuel Crowell’s recent book The Gas Chamber of Sherlock Holmes, and Other Writings on the Holocaust, Revisionism, and Historical Understanding (Nine-Banded Books, Charleston, WV, 2011), and…

The Ronald Reagan Holocaust hoax

By Richard Widmann- This morning I found several emails asking and discussing whether a recently posted YouTube video of Ronald Reagan was real. Following the links, I found a short 9 second video of Reagan supposedly questioning the six million Holocaust story.  In the short excerpt Reagan says, “I challenge your history again. There is…

German Guilt

By Wilfried Heink- The subject of what was known about the event now referred to as The Holocaust – and when it was known – has interested me for a while. During the occurrence of this alleged event – and it is referred to as an “event” more often than a “crime” — we have…

Relative of Shlomo Wiesel says he died in 1943, not at Buchenwald

By Carolyn Yeager       Elie Wiesel’s father Shlomo in 1942, according to Hilda Wiesel. Is he 39 or 48 years old?           A report in the Yad Vashem Shoah Victims database by Yaakov Fishkovitz contradicts Elie Wiesel’s story about his father’s death. Yaakov (Jacob) Fishkowitz filled out a death…

The Case Against Denis Avey, the BBC, and the British Government

Last year, I wrote an article published here about Denis Avey, a man whose newly-released WWII concentration camp survivor story was getting a lot of attention in the British press. In my article, and on my Internet radio program The Heretics’ Hour, I did a pretty thorough job of debunking Avey’s poorly concocted story and…
