Dr. Georg Franz-Willing (born March 11, 1915, Willing, Bad Aibling, Germany; died Sep. 2008) was a German revisionist historian who received his PhD in history from the University of Munich in 1943. he was active as a revisionist historian until the turn of the millennium.
