Michael Santomauro is a U.S. citizen who used to support Holocaust revisionism. He was a member of CODOH's board of trustees from 2022 until early 2024. In November 2022, he was entrusted by CODOH's board to run the operation. He misused that trust by changing all owner and contact information of CODOH's domain-name and server-hosting accounts to himself, denied all other CODOH board members access to the accounts, prevented hosting fees from getting paid which led to all of CODOH's website getting deleted, took all of Castle Hill Publishers' physical assets hostage, demanded $330,000 in ransom payment for the release of the domain and hosting accounts, and 3% of all of CODOH's and Castle Hill's future proceeds for many years to come (he extended that time frame several times) before releasing Castle Hill's assets. After unsuccessfully trying to reason with him, he was removed from CODOH's board of trustees in May 2024 and banned from ever doing business with CODOH again. He still holds all the assets mentioned hostage (or maybe he has destroyed them by now) and still tries to blackmail CODOH for money.
