Howard Freeman How to Win in Court.

In this video (One hour and 35 minutes) Howard Freeman, a Wyoming human rights activist talks about the law. For all those involved in rebutting the gas chamber atrocity lie, the law is of great importance. For example take the Nuremberg IMT "trials" which were not trials in a real sense. Germans were tried by the Allies who also stood as judge and executioner. The defendents were subject to various Allied  rules which worked against them. In various cases, the Allies surpressed or even ignored crucial. Germany was held responsible for WW2, even though the British SIS (Secret Service) had been terrorizing Germany and Italy for six months before September 1939, under the orders of "appleaser" Nevile Chamberlain. The "trial" was held in Nuremberg not for legal reasons, but political ones. The Allies who had committed numerous war crimes, under their own "laws" such as "terror bombing", the deaths of millions of Bengalis, attacks against numerous neutral states, war crimes against prisoners, etc. But the "trial" did not apply to the Allies. The Allies also held the Germans responsible for "laws" that none of them knew of or were in force at the time. The Allies also stated that certain "groups" such as the elite troops of the SS, were subject to automatic punishment as being in a "illegal" group. Clearly any "evidence", "verdicts" or "sentences" issued by the IMT at Nuremberg is subject to dismissal as invalid. The same applies to the numerous sub courts held by the Allies held all over occupied Germany. It was the Communists who provided a large bulk of the "evidence" at the IMT, most of it being obviously fraudulent. The Communists also "proved" that somehow the Germans had murdered the Polish officers at Katyn forest. The Communists also reconstructed "gas chambers" at various sites, some so badly they had to be demolished later. The Communists were blatant in manipulating the laws to serve party interests, "Socialist Justice". Here Howard gives a superb speech about the "law" – what it means when it is de jure or de facto, how a factor is the enslavement of the people is increasing control of the courts by politicians.
