Holocaust + Final Solution

When Nazi Germany invaded Russia in summer of 1941, a “comprehensive” or “final solution” to the Jewish question was envisioned by Germany’s leaders. But what was this “final solution”? Was it a plan to deport the Jews into the “Russian swamps,” as Hitler had once stated, or was it a plan to systematically kill them all? The extant documents are quite clear about it, yet they contradict what a plethora of witnesses have stated. This question divides the two sides in this debate (notwithstanding one side insisting that there is no debate). The topic is huge in scope and scale – and it is the main focus of this website

A Victory for the Revisionists?

The cover of the June 27-July 3 edition of L'Evénement du jeudi includes a picture of Abbe Pierre and has as its headline: “The Holocaust: a victory for the Revisionists.” Inside the journal some 10 pages are devoted to this story [p. 16-25]; as well, there are references to it appearing on pages 3, 5,…

The Horrible Scenes of 1945

A little book making clear what happened at Belsen, in the catastrophic typhus epidemic of 1945, was published by Derrick Sington, the British officer to whom the German commander surrendered the camp: Belsen Uncovered (Duckworth, London, 1946). While Belsen was captured by the British, Dachau was captured by the Americans. The situation, overwhelmed by catastrophic…

My Visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau, May 30-31, 1996

My introduction to this report is to advance the simple proposition that one cannot fully appreciate the alleged modus operandi of the Holocaust without actually visiting its setting and structure. I chose Auschwitz-Birkenau based on a keen study of the Leuchter Report but also the criticisms offered by his nemesis, Jean-Claude Pressac. I went both…

The Roger Garaudy Affair

Former communist Roger Garaudy converts to revisionism” “L'an cien communiste Roger Garaudy se convertit au révisonnisme”. Such was the headline bannering Christiane Chombeau's January 31st article in Le Monde last winter, one rich in meaning for those who had followed Roger Garaudy's meandering career as a French intellectual since the 1950s. More than just a…

Shmuel Krakowski on Eyewitesses

The Jerusalem Post (17 August 1986) article about Krakowski and the Yad Vashem Archives was by the reporter Barbara Amouyal, who wrote that the Yad Vashem Archives in Jerusalem hold 20,000 such testimonies of “Holocaust survivors”. Its director at the time, Shmuel Krakowski, is quoted by Amouyal as declaring that over half are “unreliable… Many…

Attitude of Jewish Leaders Outside Europe During WWII

That the Jewish leaders outside Europe, who were publicly speaking of “extermination”, were in contact with the Jews in occupied Europe but failed to inform them of “extermination” can be easily inferred from Yehuda Bauer's American Jewry and the Holocaust. Many more examples of this failure can be cited. A good recent one is the…
