Odilo Lothar Ludwig Globocnik (born April 21, 1904, Trieste, Italy; died May 31, 1945) was an Austrian German who, during WWII, became SS and Police Leader of the Lublin District in occupied Poland. He oversaw "Aktion Reinhardt" and "Generalplan Ost", which the orthodoxy connects to an extermination of Polish Jewry.
