Marc Lemire (born 1975) is a Canadian free-speech activist working closely with Canadian free-speech advocate Paul Fromm. He was the webmaster of the free-speech site https://www.freedomsite.org/. In 2009, Lemire managed to have certain sections of the Canadian Human Rights Act – an Orwellian law used to suppress controversial views – declared in violation of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Canadian Bill of Rights, although that decision was later overturned by the Canadian Federal Court of Appeal.
