David McCalden and Andrew Allen– Auschwitz – 1987

Auschwitz, In 1987, David McCalden and Andrew Allen investigated Auschwitz with surprising results. This video documentary follows their investigation of the Auschwitz main camp. Their tour of the camp differs from the one the tour guides will show you. David McCalden was born in Northern Ireland, and after graduatation at University, became involved in politics, when he was known as "revisionist" Dave. Dave emigrated to the United States in 1978. Dave and Willis Carto set up the Insitute of Historical Review the same year to promote literature that exposed the Holocau$t as a fraud. In 1981, Dave and Willis parted company over the Mel Mermelstein case. Dave had offered $50,000 for proof that Jews were "gassed to death" at Auschwitz. Mermelstein, an Jew who had been deported to Auschwitz from Czechia, but was living in the United States, claimed the reward with a spurious account, that he seen "Nazi" guards ushering his mother and two sisters towards a building (possibly Krema V) which he found out later (How?) was a "gas chamber".  The IHR stated correctly that this was not proof of a "gas chamber". Incredibly, the case went to court, and the "Judge" stated that it was a "fact" that "gas chambers" existed at Auschwitz and there was no need to question Mermelstein. David and Willis fell out over the matter, which cost the IHR a payment of $90,000 and an humilating apology. David eventually left the IHR and set up his own group, called Truth Missions. David wrote numerous papers, journals, and a book entitled The Amazing, Rapidly Shrinking "Holocaust" in 1988. Sadly, David who was born in 1951, died at the age of 39 of AIDS after recieved infected blood. Here in this video (4 hours 33 minutes) David and his team examine the "evidence" for "gas chambers" and find it wanting.
