Ernst Zundel interviews David Cole 1994
In this video (57 minutes) Ernst Zundel (1939 – 2017) interviews David Cole in 1994. Ernst was active in exposing the "Holocau$t" as a lie in Canada. Among the supporters of Ernst was David Cole, a Jew who was born in Los Angeles. David began to be interested in the "Holocau$t" and soon found out that it was a fraud. He appeared on several US TV programmes in the 1990s where he spoke out in debates with "Holocau$t" survivors. One such survivor, a Ernest Hollander, claimed his brother had been gassed at Birkenau. Somebody saw the show and knew his brother who lived in Serbia. The appearence of David Cole led to a great deal of anger against him and an terrorist organisation called the Jewish Defence League threatened to kill him. Cole went into hiding and changed his name. Later, he was outed by his girlfriend after a tiff. Here Ernst interviews David about his life, his Jewishness, his beliefs, his upbringing and how he became active in exposing the "Holocau$t".

Ernst Zündel was born on April 24, 1939, in a small town in the Black Forest region of southwestern Germany. He emigrated to Canada at the age of 19, where he soon married and became the father of two sons. His career as a graphic artist was successful. Then he dedicated himself to the great task, as he saw it, of redeeming the sullied reputation of his fellow Germans. Through his Samisdat publishing house he distributed worldwide a prodigious quantity of revisionist material. Zündel is perhaps best known for his role as defendant in the “Holocaust Trials” of 1985 and 1988. He was brought to court in Toronto on a charge of “publishing false news,” and specifically for publishing a reprint edition of a booklet entitled Did Six Million Really Die?. Zündel’s next great legal battle was fought out before the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal in Toronto for his Internet web site (www.Zündelsite.org). In 2000, he moved to the United States, where he was arrested in 2003 and deported to Germany after two years of solitary confinement in Canada. Put on a show trial in Germany, he was sentenced to five years' imprisonment in 2007. He was finally released from prison on March 1, 2012, and lived in his parental home in Germany until his death on 5 August 2017.

David Christopher Cole (born in 1968), who used the name David Stein between 1998 and 2013, became (in)famous in 1992 when he recorded a video showing how the Auschwitz Museum lies to visitors about the alleged authenticity of its "gas chamber" exhibit. He subsequently received death threats from Jewish terrorist groups, after which he formally retracted his revisionist views. He next changed his name and thus disappeared from public view, until his then girlfriend blew his cover in 2013. He has subsequently resumed expressing some of his revisionist positions, albeit in a more moderate fashion.
