Herman Rosenblat, a Jew, said he survived the camps as a Jewess threw him apples to enable him to get enough food. He later met her after the war and married her. Such a lovely story, books and films were on the way! The only problem is that it wasn’t true, unless of course the Jewess could throw an apple about two hundred miles! Rosenblat’s son said that he had tried to stop his father, but he was after the money.
