Mel Mermelstein IHR Case (27: 08 min)
Mel Mermelstein IHR Case. (27 Minutes)
In 1979, the Institute of Historical Review, (which was led by Max Weber) was foremost at that time in exposing the "Holocau$t" atrocity hate lie, offered a reward of $50,000 to any individual who could testify to a "gassing" taking place at Auschwitz. A Jew called Mel Mermelstein claimed he was a witless and attempted to claim the reward the next year. However the IHR rejected Mermelstein's absurd "evidence" that guards had pushed his mother and two sisters towards Krema V at Auschwitz, as not sufficient proof. Mermelstein then sued the IHR for non-payment, breach of payment, denial of fact, emotional distress, etc etc. In 1981, the case came to court. Incredibly, the judge in the case issued a Judicial Notice that "gassing" happened at Auschwitz, and by default, Mermelstein "won" the case. The fact whether Mermelstein had seen a "gassing" was just ignored. Jim Rizoli talks about what happened next…..
