Hitler's Revolution Ideology Social Programs Foreign Affairs Chapter 3 European Diplomacy
In this (Two hour and 22 minutes) video, we look at the reasoning behind National Socialist Germany as represented by Hitler’s Revolution in 1933. Based on the detailed book by Richard Tedor, the foreign affairs in the period 1933 to 1939 are superbly analysed and details of how the National Socialists responded to the hostile actions of the British Empire and the French Empire are explained. Richard notes that Hitler stated many times that Germany was his main concern and that only the USSR would gain from an insane conflict in Europe, between Germany on one side, and Poland, France and the British Empire on the other. Richard examines the problem with the lack of colonies owned by Germany (compared with the British Empire and the French Empire) in the build up to the attack by the British Empire on Germany in 1939. Richard was obviously at this time unaware that later in 2017, the files of the Secret Intelligence Service [SIS] (the British Secret Service also known as MI6) would be partially released, which showed that Chamberlain, the so-called “appeaser” had authorised a campaign of terrorism against Germany and Italy SIX months before September 1939. The SIS had trained about 1,000 Poles to undertake assassinations, sabotage and cross-border raids against Germany. This campaign of terrorism led over 50,000 ethnic Germans to flee Poland. Hitler characterised the Polish-German border as being like “Palestine”. [NOTE: At this time Jewish gangs were attacking Arabs with the purpose of driving them out.] Richard talks about the lack of resources available to Germany and the attitude of the British Empire and French Empire which was incredible short sighted and very hostile. Richard explains that the Chamberlain government explained their actions by stating that “public” opinion in the UK would not stand for any other actions. Churchill later said that there is no “public” opinion only “published” opinion. Richard shows that the French Empire committed numerous atrocities in the Rhineland. Attempts by Germany and Austria to set up a joint customs arrangement were frustrated by the French Empire. Richard confirms that the continual action of the British Empire and the French Empire in co-operation with Poland was a deliberate campaign of frustrating any peaceful settlement which involved Germany. Richard breaks new ground in showing that the foreign policy of the German Reich was essentially defensive and reactive. The actions of the Czechoslovakian Government in co-operation with the French Empire and Soviet Union were exceptionally aggressive. Richard explains the chaos in the Sudetenland and how the difficult situation there, was exploited by the British Empire, and the French Empire. Richard goes in detail with the situation with Danzig and the relations between Germany and Poland. Richard refers to so many issues in this video, that it is neccessary to have a correct and accurate history which is vital to understand historical events. If European Civilisation is to survive, a change in thinking is not only necessary, but essential. This is the third part of four videos. This is a fascinating video which explains the situation that led to the attack on Germany by the British Empire in 1939.
