Subject: Extension of Article 233 of the Penal Code to include historical discussion

Esteemed Speaker Sigfusson:

I am writing to you on behalf of a United States based association, the Committee for

Open Debate on the Holocaust, (CODOH). We are an international group open to all

people interested in correcting errors in history through scholarship and debate. Since the

proposed amendment to Article 233 would criminalize people’s right to speak freely on

historical subjects, I am hoping that you would like to hear the comments of a Revisionist

group. They are attached hereto in the form of a brief.
