Revisionist’s Home Raided by German Police

On February 12th, the home and offices of Udo Walendy were raided in Vlotho and Munich. Approximately twenty armed German policeman took part in the raid.
Walendy, a prolific German author and publisher is best known for his extensive volume on the origins of the Second World War, Truth for Germany: The Guilt Question of the Second World War. Walendy has also published and lectured on the subject of manufactured or doctored “atrocity” photographs.
As a result of the raid, the police confiscated several boxes of material and other items, including Walendy's personal computer. Police found Waffen SS song books during the raid. Walendy is accused of distributing these songs. Police also found old advertising flyers for a book that had been widely available for 15 years before the Government of Germany decided to index it as “dangerous to youth.”
Mr. Walendy was not distributing the now out-of-print banned volume.
