Alfred Schäfer once more Arrested in Germany

Dear Friends,

Today, July 7th, 2025, the German police went to my brother’s home in Tutzing, Starnberger See, Bavaria, Germany, and took him away in handcuffs. He is in a police cell tonight at Fürstenfeldbruck, Germany, the same place I spent my first night after being arrested in 2018. Tomorrow he will be brought to jail, not sure yet which one, possibly Stadelheim in Munich, the same one where he was first imprisoned in 2018, while I was in the women’s prison next door.

What brought this on? A brief synopsis:

There was a “friends of Alfred Schaefer” gathering on April 27, 2024, in Augsburg, where Alfred was going to speak, Sylvia Stolz was also there to speak, and quite a few attendees were gathered. Just when they were about to begin, a large number of police vehicles appeared, and out poured about 100 officers to storm the peaceful gathering. The police pulled each and every individual out from the group, interrogating, searching, etc. This went on for hours. At the end of the day, everyone went home, bodies and possessions intact. Nobody was arrested, and no items were stolen / seized / confiscated.

Nearly a year later, Alfred received one of those yellow envelopes in the mail, which he recognized even before opening as coming from the state prosecutor. He had received quite a few of those yellow envelopes by then. This one was a court summons to answer to the charges being laid in relation to the aforementioned event. Court was to happen on April 25, 2025. Along with this invitation (in Germany, these court summons are literally in the form of “invitation”), there was a warning that, if he did not show up, then they would be obliged to issue an arrest warrant. Lovely invitation, right?

Charges were relating to things that Alfred said while the police were doing their raid in Augsburg the year before. Alfred is in the habit of educating the police officers while being engaged by them. He was charged for saying, “At least I am not as dangerous as the negroes who are raping our women” [just noticing patterns?] and another charge for saying “…the Jews raping 3-year old girls…” [as permitted by their holy book, the Talmud]. The document goes on to say that both those statements could be heard by all in the room, and that, in making these statements, Alfred was inciting rejection and hatred of Jews and “dunkelhäutige Personen” translates to “dark-skinned persons”. Furthermore, their document said that the statements of the accused serve to incite the political climate among the population, jeopardize general confidence in legal security as well as peaceful co-existence. [Does the raid on a peaceful gathering by 100 police officers inspire confidence in the legal security of the people? Just wondering… ~MS]

The third charge related to an item in Alfred’s “Visitenkarte”, the equivalent of a business card, but in Alfred’s case it consists of an envelope containing various materials, including 9/11 truth info, plus some pertinent memes and articles. The charge was for what was pictured in an article published in The Fitzhugh weekly newspaper in Jasper, Alberta, on November 1, 2018, just on time for my return to my home town after being released from prison. To give me a warm welcome back home, the article was titled: “RACIST FILTH: Schaefers sentenced in Germany“. That prominent article contained a photo of Alfred doing the straight-arm Roman salute. The caption under the photo was:

“Alfred Schaefer gives the Nazi salute in court in Germany as Jasper resident Monika Schaefer looks on. Both were convicted of incitement to hatred in October.”

That third charge was for having and distributing the article with the image of himself doing that salute.

After receiving the yellow envelope with the charges and court summons, Alfred did what he had been doing during the last year and a half, ever since coming out of jail the second time: He wrote them a polite letter, explaining exactly and in great detail and perfect German why he would decline their invitation. He had help with these letters from an extremely well-versed and intelligent friend and supporter. I cannot spell it all out here and now, but suffice it to say that Alfred explained the utter illegitimacy of not only the documents they sent, the charges and such, but also the illegitimacy of the entire state. Not to mention that these summons they sent are NEVER signed. Who, exactly, was taking responsibility?

Well, the court date came and went, and Alfred went on quite merrily with his life, continuing his educational endeavors, both on-line and in person with anyone and everyone he met, whether on the train, out-and-about or in gatherings. He also enjoyed the home activities such as yard work and cutting firewood and fixing things – he has always been quite the handyman. Since today, July 7th, 2025, he is a prisoner of war for the third time.

I will post his mailing address as soon as I know where he will be, on the “political prisoners” page on  truthandjusticeforgermans.com and freespeechmonika.com websites. In the meantime, PLEASE DO NOT email Alfred, or try any on-line correspondence with him, as I know with 100% certainty that, while in jail, he has ZERO access to computers, internet, email, social media, etc. It will only clog everything up for when he comes back out again, making it very difficult to even access his accounts then. Believe me, we both have experience with that.

Alfred will be making the best of his time – of that I am certain. We are in a war, and he will not be sitting idle on the sidelines. I cannot help but think of his space-capsule analogy from last time. He said he felt like he left earth for a while in a tiny space capsule, and came back a few years later to a changed landscape. And while he was there, he received (I believe it was) 13 lottery wins. What were these lottery wins you ask? Experiences that he had in prison that he could ONLY have had there, each of which gave him enormous gifts of teachings, deep insights, strength or indescribable euphoria. That does not mean it was fun and games. No. For example, the deepest insights came at the darkest of times for him. His optimism and his spirit is infectious. Ultimately, we will win this war, and Alfred knows it.

I am sending this out to quite a few people, and decided to put all recipients on bcc (blind copy), as I don’t want to have to decide whose address is okay to show and whose is not. I apologize if some of you receive it twice or more, if you happen to be on another’s mailing list. I will inevitably miss some folks on this mail-out, but I am confident this message will make the rounds.
